Therefor you can use the same model in both applications. However the file format may change with a new release in the future, so be certain with each new version for file compatibility. 2. Is AutoPIPE Vessel interface and dialog screens similiar or different than Microprotol? Answer: The interface in this version of AutoPIPE vessel is very similiar to the original Microprotol interface. There are some minor updates with cell colors and new features.
