From the Select Server XM Administrative Interface: Go to “ License Management ” - “ Request/Update License ”. Make sure the " Serial Number :" and " Activatation Key :" are correct. Check off " Force Full Retrieval " (make sure there is a check mark in the box) and click "OK". Server Serial #: abc123 Server Activation Key: abc123 After the request is done processing, verify that the license that was imported is correct, and then click "Accept" ("Accept" only present on pre-v9 SELECTServer only).
