Solution: There 2 known reasons for this message to appear: 1. AutoPIPE Nozzle application is not installed 2. Broken Command Reason #1: When installing AutoPIPE the options to install AutoPIPE Nozzle was disabled (unchecked) Workaround: Close all Bentley Applications, reinstall AutoPIPE, during installation confirm feature selection, complete installation, reboot the computer, confirm AutoPIPE Nozzle application is installed and functions, and finally use the command again that caused the original message above to appear. Reason #2: After installing AutoPIPE 23.00.01.367, when using "Nozzle Loads to AutoPIPE Nozzle" (File > Import/Export > Export > Nozzle Loads to AutoPIPE Nozzle) command, the message above appears. Workaround: Manually open AutoPIPE Nozzle. Select File> Import AutoPIPE... command Search for the AutoPIPE PXF file that should have been generated in the same folder as the AutoPIPE model Finish importing the Nozzle loads into the program.
