Solution: For most of the earlier Windows versions, .Net Framework could be installed externally as needed. However for newer versions of Window, .Net framework is packaged within Windows. See steps below to activate the application now: On the computer that is installing the application, open Windows "control panel", then open Windows "Programs and Features" command. Then, click on the "turn windows features on or off" In the listing find option for .Net Framework 3.5 and enable it. Close this dialog, reboot the computer and try to install AutoPIPE software again.
