Problem:

Users experiencing tool bars disappearing, periodic freezes, and crashes in AutoPIPE after upgrading to version 09.05.01.02.

Answer:

 An issue with the North Arrow was the cause of the crashes.

The following steps provide a workaround until the issue (CAE-TR-11006) is addressed in the next version of AutoPIPE:

  1. Open a model.
  2. Select View Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Locate the Axes section at the top, and turn off the checkbox labeled Show North Arrow (see screenshot below).
  4. Click OK to save changes.
