Answer: There are 2 things to check that would cause this issue. Check #1: Soil Properties Be sure to check soil properties dialog to ensure that the all 16 values used are > 0.00. If so, enter a value > 0.00 and re-run the analysis Check #2: Static Analsysi Set - Soil Stiffness With AutoPIPE V8i 09.06.00.xx and higher, confirm the Static Analysis set dialog screen, Soil Stiffness is Set to Low, High, or Avg.
