How can I get the default colors I want so that they stop changing? Answer: The color settings for all the color plots are saved in the following file and default location: C:\ Bentley\ AutoPIPE V8i SELECTseries \AUTOPIPE.RGB This file can be opened (close AutoPIPE first) by any word editing software (i.e. MS word, NotePad, Ultra Edit, ...), scroll down the listing to find STRESS1 - STRESS6 : Stress1 0 64 128 Stress2 0 255 255 Stress3 0 128 0 Stress4 128 0 128 Stress5 255 0 255 Stress6 255 0 0 The values are the Red / Green / Blue values used when entering a custom color in the program. For default color palette, update these value to correspond to those shown above in the file and save it before starting AutoPIPE. Be sure that you have complete read / write access to the folder location above. This may require admin rights as the folder is outside of the "C:\ Program files\" folder. Check with your IT department to confirm privileges on your system. Restart AutoPIPE, open a model, be sure that no objects are hidden from view (View> Show all components), and select Tools> Code stress> to see if the new color settings are correct or if it reverted back to the random colors. IF this did not resolve the issue, the "AUTOPIPE.RGB" could be corrupted, please overwrite it with a file that is known to be OK or uninstall / re-install the program.
