I am new to AutoPIPE but I often work with Catia. I would like to import models from Catia into AutoPIPE but I run into difficulty when I am opening NTL files. To start at the beginning, the first thing I do is open my Catia model and then go to tools -> options -> equipment -> piping discipline -> piping design and set up my directory structures such that it reads from top to bottom Root directory: C:\IsogenRoot, Project directory: C:\IsogenRoot\AutoPIPE, Style directory: C:\IsogenRoot\AutoPIPE\usersCheck. Once this has been accomplished I click the Generate ISO button, then click the Select Line IDs to Generate ISO button, select all line IDs, give my file a name, and hit OK. The pcf files are generated in a fourth folder C:\IsogenRoot\AutoPIPE\Inputs. At this point I open up AutoPIPE, go fo file -> Import -> CATIA (*.pcf) and browse to select the desired pcf file. I hit the convert button, close the window, and then I go to file -> Open -> AutoPIPE Batch (*.ntl). I select the ntl file that has been created, click open, and......... nothing happens. There is no error, but the model does not show up. All I get is a blank screen. I've gotten as far with this as I have by looking around on the internet. Everything works as described up until this point. If I had to guess what the problem is, I would say that since I arbitrarily created the directory folders (C:\IsogenRoot, etc) instead of defining a set of pre-existing directory folders, perhaps that is what is causing issues later on. But, I'm new to all this so I'm not sure.
