Please log a Service Request or call us asking for an invitation to become part of the Vessel Design User Community. After logging a Service Request, there are 2 methods that Bentley can use to provide access to the user: Option #1: Add user When submitting a Bentley Service Request be sure to include the exact Bentley Community Screen name of the user requesting access to this private site (note: this can be found by logging into Bentley Communities, select the profile icon in the upper right corner and the user name is displayed on the left, as indicated in image below:) Again, the exact screen name is needed. The TSG analyst will add your name to the private site, this will generate an automatic email and sent to the email address entered into the user's screen name profile. Note: If you do not have a Bentley Communities screen name, please follow the instructions at this link here to get one. In a few moments the automatic email will be delivered to the user, in the email select the hyperlink "Vessel Design User Community", as indicated below: The "Vessel Design User Community" WIKI site will be automatically opened, select Files hyperlink to see all the different documents that are available for download. Option #2, Invite user After submitting a Service Request, the Bentley TSG analyst will acknowledge your desire to joint the "Vessel Design User Community" WIKI page by filing an invitation request for the site. This action will generate an automated email from "Bentley Communities - Automated Email ", on this email press the " Accept this invitation online " link that will open the Bentley communities WIKI page to finish confirming your invitation.. On the following page, select the appropriate option: " Log in " or " Join this Community " Pressing " Log in " will display the log into Bentley Communities dialog where the user enters their Email and Password and presses the Sign in button to continue to this private WIKI site. Here the user can select the Files hyperlink and download the available files as required. Pressing " Join this community " will display the following web page. Fill in the form, when completed, press the Submit button located at the bottom Right corner The following should then be displayed confirming your invitation: Note: only after seeing this email validation screen above, will you be able to use the link below.
