I believe you know what each fitting is called as its your field so go to google and search for FREE AUTOCAD BLOCKS for you plumbing or your plumbing parts by name..Once you have acquired them you can convert them to microstation cells there is even a method for import acad blocks to cell lib in askinga but I prefer to place them in a dgn file and drop them all then I can use levels and colours from my mstn colour table then use the old school method of fence and origin to create the cells also you can make sure this way of the units and size defaults...
