The most import setting in LMT is the " Server Name " and " Site Activation Key ". These fields can be found after opening LMT, select Tools> Options> the following dialog will then appear: Use one or more of the following options to get this information Server Name: Option #1: For hosted licenses, Server Name = selectserver.bentley.com Option #2: For deployed server, contact your IT department or Bentley On Site Admin Site Activation Key: Option #1: The primary location for this information is your company's designated "Bentley On site Admin(s)". This person(s) would have received an email from Bentley containing this information. Option #2: ONLY If you are an Bentley On Site Admin , using www.Bentley.com, under Support And Services> Support> Select " Manage My Licenses ", a window should appear asking you to log in if you had not already done so, If you login is associated with more than one site, select the drop down listing and choose the correct entry and press the "Submit" button, shown below: Select the " View" Button for the Site Activation Key for a Hosted or Deployed server, shown below: Option #3: Contact Bentley Licensing group by phone or by submitting a Service Request directed to the Licencing group. Note, due to security issues, ONLY person(s) listed as an Bentley Onsite Admin can request the Site Activation key be sent to them by email.
