Answer: Press the OK button to continue The following screen will appear: Press the Finish button to continue. Next, press the Restart button to reboot the computer Note: if you select the log File hyper link above, the following log file would have appeared. Notice the Errors near the bottom of the listing: Error 0x80070643: Failed to install the MSI package After rebooting the computer restart the installation process by double clicking the downloaded EXE file again.
