There are 3 options with which to enable AutoPIPE analyst to see your monitor: Team Viewer, WebEx, or Simple Help. Each method has benefits and limitations. Let me know if you have a preference: Option #1: Join a TeamViewer Meeting If this is your first time in a net meeting please follow these instructions in order to join the TeamViewer meetingSelect the folowing web link: 1. Click HERE and RUN the software: 2. The following will appear: Press the RUN button (be patient as the system is working and may take a moment to show the next step) 3. The following may be displayed: Press the RUN button again. 4. In a 1-3 minutes the following should be displayed: Recommend selecting " Run Only " and " Both the above ", Press Accept - Finish button. 5. In another few moments the following is displayed: : 6. You must communicate by email or Phone "Your Id" number and "Password" as displayed on the above dialog each time you engage in an online meeting as the values will change every time. Option #2: Join a WEBex Meeting If this is your first time in a net meeting please follow these instructions in order to join the WEBex meeting. Note: Hghly suggested to use Microsoft Internet Explorer for connecting to WEBex. A. Join Meeting Now: 1. Select this link here to go to the WEBex website 2. Enter in data for : Meeting Number: Contact Bentley Technical support for number. Your Name: Enter a name Email Address: Enter your email address Press JOIN button 3. In a moment a new internet screen will appear Perform both instructions as mentioned 1. A message will appear in the Message bar at the top of the window, select the message and press on Install this add-on or Allow 2 A dialog will appear, select Install button. 4. The following will appear, press yes button 2x. Note: If the application does not install you may see this at the bottom of the screen: Suggest to select " Use Java " first. If that does not work try selecting "Run a temporary application" . If non of these options enable WEBex to install please contact WEBex for technical assistance. 5. Once your computer has finished processing the meeting link, the following screen will appear where you or the analyst can start sharing the screen. Contact support . Option #3: Join a Simple help Meeting This the last resort as this link is very slow. If this is your first time in a net meeting please follow these instructions in order to join the Simple Help meeting: 1. Select the link below: http://simplehelp.bentley.com Note: may not work on computers with Windows XP OS. 2. The following should appear: 3. Press the " Download Remote Support " button and the following should appear: Note: IE9 and higher user may need to press Run button at the bottom of the screen 4. Press Accept button, 5. Enter your Name , press the Submit button, and notify me what name you had used. 6. The following screen should be displayed until an analyst connects to your system:
