Hello Logeswaran, On the Wave Load dialog, Wave - Elev value will tell the application at what vertical height the water surface is located. This can be any value and is regardless of Y or Z axis set to vertical. Then the Depth on this dialog will measure from the vertical location establishing the water surface down to the sea floor. Your have the following choices. 1. Open each wave load case and move your Water elevation and depth to new values or 2. Select piping and move up / down to correlate to the correct water seafloor level. Hope this answers your question.
