You are correct.
AutoPIPE has a significant value coordinate limitation. This is typically a problem for those users with metric models who use real world GPS using mm units. As a result some models cannot use real world GPS values and must be manually moved to the 0,0,0 origin point. An enhancement has been logged to accommodate larger coordinate values.
