Greetings Adnan Aslam, Be aware that non-linear analysis support movement may be larger than gap for individual load cases. However this should not be the case for operating conditions. Please copy past the operating combination results showing the movement was more than the support Gap. Note, an operating condition are the complete conditions which the pipe is operating at, example GrP1T1, GrP1T1E1, etc.. Next, typical meaning about V-stop lift-off message is displayed by AutoPIPE when a pipe is resting on a V-stop in sustained/dead load condition i.e. gravity (which means that the support force displayed in the grid in the Global vertical axis would be negative, meaning that force is acting downward on the v-stop), but the pipe lifts-off from the support (Zero force acting on the support in global vertical axis, displacement of the point would be positive in global vertical axis) under operating loads i.e. Pressure or temperature. Would you send this model to technical support for review. If yes, please log a Bentley Case, attach the AutoPIPE APC file for review, and reference this forum page. Thank you, Regards, Mike Dattilio Design Analysis Engineering Group Senior Analyst Bentley Systems Inc =============================================================================
