Problem:

After conducting analysis I got error "E90-2: Analysis results do not exist". What can be the reason?

Answer:

Could this be a case that your model was created/analyzed in older version of AutoPIPE and you are now reviewing it in later version?

There was a known issue – if model is analyzed in a previous version and results exist for it then if you open same model in a newer AutoPIPE version and try to access results without analyzing it you will receive such error. This locks some of the result file. After this even if you select delete results and analyze again you will still see the same error on all result options (ex. Results>Grids, Results> displacement, ec..) except the Results>Output report.

Avoidance: 

1. Select Analyze> Delete Analysis Results> choose all available analysis sections, and press OK button.

2. Select Analyze> All, the program runs the analysis in the background

3. Select Results Grids and / or Output Report to confirm results have been created.

If the above does not work, complete the following:

1. Close the mode

2. Close the instance of AutoPIPE

3. Manually delete all files including combination files from the model directory and only retain the .dat model file

4. Restart AutoPIPE and re-open your model.

5. Select Analyze> All, the program runs the analysis in the background

6. Select Results Grids and / or Output Report to confirm results have been created.

If the above does not work, follow procedures to file a service request and send us your model for review.
