I have sent you the two files, the file called transfer is the pipeline I’m studying, in this file I have run a hanger selection, and the second file is the same pipeline without the springs. Could you please take a look on them, this is a real line and is having vibration; I would like to know how to eliminate this vibration. This pipeline is at 387 C and Autopipe simulation gives displacements of 80 mm in DX and many others in all direction. This line has variable springs but the company doesn’t have the design characteristics of the springs, that’s why I run the hanger analysis, so I can know the cold load and spring rate; but as the simulation shows the vertical displacement doesn’t disappear when the springs are placed and when they are not.
