Please note that a pipe line displacement will not be eliminated by adding a spring support. The Pipe is still going to move, under the various operating conditions. Be sure that you are looking at AutoPIPE's operating combinations (i.e. GrT1P1) and not the individual load cases (i.e. T1). Only be concern with the individual load cases when trying to understand the movement of a combination. Again, I must ask you under what loading condition does this vibration occur? Start up, shut down, open / closing a equipment (i.e. valve, compressor, pump, etc..), other... Regardless, in order to model vibration you would perform a Harmonic analysis. This requires that you input a harmonic load case. See AutoPIPE help to add a Harmonic load case.
